Return & Refund Policy (DAM LLC / dam-toys.com)
At DAM Toys, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees and any discounts applied).
✅ Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals or inserts

You must include proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email)
Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival

Upon request, we may provide a prepaid return label. If used, the label cost will be deducted from your refund (unless the product is defective)
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing shipping insurance. DAM LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
🛠 Defective or Damaged Items
Items that are defective or damaged upon delivery may be exchanged for the same item or refunded in full (subject to approval).
Please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately at customerservice@dam-llc.com to report any issues.
💵 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement

If a refund to your original method is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items for which manufacturers don’t accept returns

Opened, refurbished, or final sale items
Sale items may only be exchanged if they arrive defective or damaged.

Reuse the original shipping box if possible
