Return Policy
At Dam Toys we care about your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of the sale date for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and any applied discounts.)
Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, returned item(s) must be in new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all instructions intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to customerservice@dam-llc.com and request a refund or exchange. Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Products with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles to see your credit on your statement. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card used at purchase, we will send a check to the purchaser at the billing address provided at purchase.
HOW TO RETURN PACKAGES?
Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, however Dam Toys may assist in providing a shipping label upon request. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item(s) is defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you’re returning a product due to a defective or damaged item(s), please contact customer support for a prepaid return label.
We highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation to ensure receipt of your return, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
To return item(s), please pack the item(s) and include the original packing slip. You can use the original box the item was shipped in, if possible. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We’re not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE DAMAGES AND DEFECTS?
Goods that are defective or damaged upon delivery may be exchanged for the same item or a full refund may be issued, subject to Seller’s discretion. Buyer should save the Goods and all original boxes and packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary to file a damage claim with the freight carrier and avoid delays in returns and replacements. Please contact us at customerservice@dam-llc.com immediately upon receipt of package to report any defects or arrived damages.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded, unfortunately sale item(s) cannot be refunded and returned. Sale item(s) may be replaced with the same item(s) if they are defective or damaged when received.
NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
The following Goods (not all inclusive) cannot be returned:
• Sale items
• Discontinued items
• Special order items
• Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
• Custom configurations of systems
• Open units, and/or units which require re-packaging
• Units in an unsuitable resale condition
• Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished Goods
• Goods marked final sale
